Orders can be shipped Australia-wide or picked up from our retail store.

General Shipping Information
- All stock is located in Sydney, Australia and shipped from there.
- Please ensure the delivery location is safe and secure. If required, leave a note at checkout requesting signature on delivery or other delivery instructions.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day after order confirmation. If there are delays, we will notify you.
- Transit times begin once the parcel has been collected by the courier.
- You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number where available.
- If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer details, or is not collected and returned to sender, 88 Games Arena will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
- Shipping rates are calculated after the delivery address is entered.
- You are required to select the correct shipping option. If the incorrect option is selected, we will contact you to adjust the difference.

Please note: Delivery times below refer to the time after dispatch from our warehouse, not from the time an order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Singles shipping applies to trading card singles orders only. Orders containing sealed products or accessories will use standard shipping rates.
Please select the correct shipping option for your order. Outstanding amounts will be invoiced and your order will be put on hold until the invoice is paid.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Time and Availability
- Estimated delivery times apply once the parcel has been collected by the courier.
- Delivery times may vary due to external delays, stock availability, or other factors outside 88 Games Arena’s control.
Delayed delivery or missing items
- Your parcel has been delayed past the estimated delivery timeframe; or
- An item is missing from your parcel and is listed on your receipt.
88 Games Arena will assist customers where possible. Please allow time for investigations with our shipping partners, as these issues are often outside our control.
