Orders can be shipped Australia-wide or picked up from our retail store.

General Shipping Information
- All stock is located in Sydney, Australia and shipped from there.
- Please ensure the delivery location is safe and secure. For Padded Mail, signature on delivery is available for an additional $3. Please select this option at checkout if required. Other delivery instructions can be left in your order notes.
- Orders are packed and processed during our trading hours on business days when the store is open. We are currently closed on Wednesdays. Please check our retail store page for current trading days and hours, as these may change.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 dispatch days after order confirmation. Dispatch days are Monday to Friday when the store is open, excluding public holidays. We do not dispatch on weekends or store closure days. If there are delays, we will notify you.
- Transit times begin once the parcel has been collected by the courier.
- You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number where available.
- If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer details, or is not collected and returned to sender, 88 Games Arena will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- You are required to select the correct shipping option. If the incorrect option is selected, we will contact you to adjust the difference.

Please note: Delivery estimates below begin once your order has been collected by the shipping carrier. For delivery estimates, business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our store closure days affect order processing and dispatch, but do not pause delivery time once the carrier has collected your order.

Padded Mail - Standard (80 Singles and under)
Padded Mail - Express (80 Singles and under)
Standard Singles, Express Singles and Padded Mail options apply only to orders containing 80 trading card singles or fewer. Orders containing more than 80 singles use the applicable parcel shipping rate. Orders containing sealed products or accessories will use the applicable parcel shipping rate, unless the order contains a bulky item, in which case the bulky delivery rate applies.
Please select the correct shipping option for your order. Outstanding amounts will be invoiced and your order will be put on hold until the invoice is paid.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Bulky Item Delivery
Any order containing a bulky item uses the applicable bulky delivery rate for the whole order instead of the standard parcel or singles shipping rate. This also applies to mixed orders containing bulky items alongside singles, sealed products or accessories.

The applicable delivery region and shipping rate are calculated at checkout. All prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Additional shipping costs: Extra fees may apply for especially large, heavy or multi-parcel shipments, depending on the size and weight of the products or overall order. If extra fees are required, we will contact you with a revised shipping quote for your approval before dispatch. Your order will remain on hold until you approve the revised quote and any additional shipping amount is paid.

Shipping Time and Availability
- Estimated delivery times apply once the parcel has been collected by the courier.
- Delivery times may vary due to external delays, stock availability, or other factors outside 88 Games Arena’s control.
Delayed delivery or missing items
- Your parcel has been delayed past the estimated delivery timeframe; or
- An item is missing from your parcel and is listed on your receipt.
88 Games Arena will assist customers where possible. Please allow time for investigations with our shipping partners, as these issues are often outside our control.
