At 88 Games Arena, we aim to provide efficient, high-quality service and work closely with our customers to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Your Consumer Rights
The rights described below are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.
If your order has a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. For more information about what qualifies as a major problem, please refer to ACCC guidance.
When a Return, Refund or Replacement May Apply
- You may request a return if you believe there is a problem with the product, such as a misdescription on our website.
- Please note that product images are for reference only.
- You must contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order so we can discuss a suitable solution with you.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to finalise.
- Replacements will usually be the same product. If stock is unavailable or limited, we may offer a similar alternative or a refund.
- Customers are generally responsible for postage costs, unless there is an obvious fault with the product.
Important Conditions
- 88 Games Arena may request payment for transport or inspection costs if the product is found not to have a fault or problem.
- An estimate of these costs can be provided on request.
- 88 Games Arena reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute.

Product Issues Identified Before Dispatch
We aim to provide the highest quality products possible. If an issue is identified with your item before dispatch, our customer service team will contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order.
Your order will be placed on hold while we wait for your response. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days, defective items will be refunded and the remaining order will proceed where applicable.
